We have also estimated the costs of the engineering and surveying services for the Azurite Street Extension and the cost of platting Sunfish Business Park. The estimated costs are as follows: Construction Cost $425,000 Engineering Cost - Azurite Street $ 34,000 Construction Staking $ 17,000 Construction Inspection $ 19,200 Platting Cost (Sunfish Business Park) $ 16,800 Total Project Cost $512,000 As discussed, it is 'our understanding that the project needs to be c.°mplete by June 1, 2002. Based on a start date of September 1 i, 2001, we would anticipate the following schedule: Authorize preparation of Plans & Specifications' Approve Plans and Specifications and authorize Advertisement for Bids September 25, 2001 C. Receive Bids October 19, 2001 D. Award Contract October 23,200 i E. Commence Construction November 5,2001 F.
