! I I I I I I I I I I Mr. Franta was charged for the entire parcel. He noted that if anymore development were to occur on the parcel the property owner would not have to pay the fee again. Councilmember Kurak inquired if the property were subdivided would they have to pay the' fee again. City Engineer Olson replied no. Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to forward the letter from Canvas Craft to the City Attorney for review and response denying their request explaining that there would be no additional stormwater management fees collected on the property if development were to occur. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Hendricksen, Anderson, and Kurak. Voting No: None. COMMITTEE INPUT 1) Crosswalk along Nowthen Boulevard Councilmember Anderson inquired in regards to a crosswalk along Nowthen Boulevard. Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler suggested forwarding the request to the Park Commission for them to review the trail connection and determine what the plan was. Councilmember Hendriksen stated that maybe a determination should be made as to whether crosswalks are needed at all intersections were trails cross City streets. He inquired as to how long the painting would last. Public Works Supervisor Reimer replied that the painting would last approximately two to three years. Consensus of the Committee was to forward the issue to the Park Commission. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Hendriksen, to adjourn the meeting. Motion carried.
