He noted that if anymore development were to <br />occur on the parcel the property owner would not have to pay the fee again. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kurak inquired if the property were subdivided would they have to pay the' fee <br />again. <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson replied no. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Mayor Gamec, to forward the letter from <br />Canvas Craft to the City Attorney for review and response denying their request explaining that <br />there would be no additional stormwater management fees collected on the property if <br />development were to occur. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, and Councilmembers Hendricksen, Anderson, and <br />Kurak. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE INPUT <br /> <br />1) Crosswalk along Nowthen Boulevard <br /> <br />Councilmember Anderson inquired in regards to a crosswalk along Nowthen Boulevard. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler suggested forwarding the request to the Park <br />Commission for them to review the trail connection and determine what the plan was. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen stated that maybe a determination should be made as to whether <br />crosswalks are needed at all intersections were trails cross City streets.
