ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT NUMBER 11005 <br />If this agreement is canceled by the Client, the Consultant may request payment for all <br />work performed up to the cancellation date. Payment for fully completed work will be as <br />outlined previously. Partially completed work will be invoiced on an hourly basis. The total <br />amount for the partially completed work will not exceed the amount which would have been <br />due had the work been fully completed. All payments requested are due when invoiced. <br />If the Client requests that the Consultant perform work other than listed in this agreement, <br />or if any additional services are required due to revisions in Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation, Federal Highway Administration, American Association of State Highway <br />and Transportation Officials', or Client standards and specifications, then the Consultant <br />may request reimbursement for such work. Compensation to the Consultant will be on an <br />hourly basis (see attached Schedule 1A) unless otherwise agreed to in writing by both the <br />Consultant and the Client. The reimbursement requested will be due upon presentation of <br />the Consultant's invoice. <br />SCHEDULE OF SERVICES <br />The schedule of services of this agreement is set forth in the attached Schedule 1 B. <br />GENERAL CONDITIONS <br />Section 1, Scope of Professional Engineering Services <br />The Consultant agrees to provide engineering services when requested and <br />authorized by the Client. These services are outlined in services to be performed. Unless <br />otherwise stated in this agreement, compensation for these services will be at the rates <br />stated in schedule 1A (attached). <br />Section 2. Responsibilities of the Consultant <br />2.1 The Consultant shall maintain, during the life of the contract, professional liability <br />Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 (one million dollars). If the Client requests additional <br />insurance, the Consultant shall purchase such insurance if available. The cost to purchase <br />additional insurance will be charged to the Client. <br />2.2 The Consultant shall not be responsible for the failure of others to perform in <br />accordance with other contracts, The Consultant's services do not relieve others of their <br />responsibilities. <br />City of Ramsey 2 Bridge Inspections <br />
