FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #00-35 (141sT AVENUE <br />N.W./EBONY STREET N.W. STREET AND UTILITY CONSTRUCTION) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on March 27, 2001, the Ramsey City Council approved Resolution #01-03- <br />164A approving the plans and specifications for the above reference work; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 24, 2001, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #01-04- <br />xxx awarding the bid for Improvement Project #00-35, 141st Avenue N.W./Ebony Street N.W. <br />Street and Utility Construction project to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$493,392.80; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $185,913.05. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended second partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of <br />$230,733.39. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended third partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $13,630.27. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Engineer Brian Olson inspected the completed work and <br />recommended fourth partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. in the amount of $34,632.85. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes partial payment to Erickson Construction, Inc. <br />for Improvement Project #00-35, 141st Avenue N.W./Ebony Street N.W. Street and <br />Utility Construction project in the amount Of $34,632.85 on September25, 2001. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That the City Council authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form <br />for this payment. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />That the total amount of this payment is not included in resolutions approving payment of <br />bills for the month of September, 2001. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />That the City of Ramsey Finance Department will be provided a signed copy of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-09- <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />-147- <br /> <br /> <br />
