City <br />Code allows a maximum of 5,664. square feet of accessory structure space on parcels 10.6 acres <br />and greater in size. The-applicant CUrrently maintains 6,454 square feet of accessory structure <br />space on the subject property, which exceeds City Code restr/ctions by 790 square feet. Mr. <br />Wolf would like to replace an existing deter/orating 38' x 65' (2,470 square feet) accessory <br />structure wi~b., a 40' x 96~- (3,840 square feet) accessory building. Mr. Wolf is requesting ro <br />replace the structure with } larger accessory structure to facilitate projected storage needs for his <br />personal equipment and a~m4cultural items from Green Valley Greenhouse. Constructing a 40'x <br />96' (3,840 square-foot) accessory structure on the subject property will result in a total of 7,824 <br />square feet of accessory structure space on the property. This would exceed City Code accessory <br />structure restrictions by a 2,160 square feet.
