I I I I I i I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #01-09- A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO BI~kDLEY WOLF TO EXCEED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SQUARE FOOTAGE RESTRICTIONS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6421 GREEN VALLEY ROAD BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: WHEREAS, Bradley Wolf, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed accessory structure square footage restrictions established in City Code on the property generally known as 6421 Green Valley and legally described as follows: Parcel 1: All that part of the East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest comer of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 46 minutes 24 seconds East (assumed bearing) along the South line of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter to the West line of the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 50 minutes 22 seconds East along said West line of the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter for a distance of 817.76 feet, said point being the actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence North 34 degrees 21 minutes 17 seconds West for a distance of 146.64 feet; thence North 21 degrees 29 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 111.06 feet; thence South 88 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of202.11 feet to the West line of said East One- Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence Northerly along said West line, to the Northwest corner of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence Easterly along the North line of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter to the West line of the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter, thence South to the point of beginning. Parcel 2: The East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter, Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota.
