I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />! <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />i <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />BI~kDLEY WOLF TO EXCEED ACCESSORY STRUCTURE SQUARE FOOTAGE <br />RESTRICTIONS ON THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6421 GREEN VALLEY ROAD <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Bradley Wolf, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Permit to exceed accessory structure square footage restrictions <br />established in City Code on the property generally known as 6421 Green Valley and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Parcel 1: All that part of the East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 3, <br />Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at <br />the Southwest comer of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence South 89 <br />degrees 46 minutes 24 seconds East (assumed bearing) along the South line of said East <br />One-Half of the Northeast Quarter to the West line of the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 <br />acres of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence North 0 degrees 50 minutes <br />22 seconds East along said West line of the East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of said <br />East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter for a distance of 817.76 feet, said point being the <br />actual point of beginning of the tract of land to be described; thence North 34 degrees 21 <br />minutes 17 seconds West for a distance of 146.64 feet; thence North 21 degrees 29 <br />minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of 111.06 feet; thence South 88 degrees 06 <br />minutes 00 seconds West for a distance of202.11 feet to the West line of said East One- <br />Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence Northerly along said West line, to the Northwest <br />corner of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter; thence Easterly along the North <br />line of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter to the West line of the East 658.05 <br />feet of the West 60 acres of said East One-Half of the Northeast Quarter, thence South to <br />the point of beginning. <br />Parcel 2: The East 658.05 feet of the West 60 acres of the East Half of the Northeast <br />Quarter, Section 3, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />Our File No.: 91-5215 <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 4, 2001, conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended that the City Council deny the request. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />-263- <br /> <br /> <br />
