I I Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional use permit (Permit) to exceed accessory structure square footage restrictions as established in City Code, is hereby granted to Bradley Wolf, hereinafter referred to as the "Permittee" 2. That the Permit-tee is allowed to maintain 7,824 square feet of accessory structures on the Subject Property. I I I I That the Permittee shall remove the existing 2,470 square foot (38' x 65') accessory building, and shall comply with all City and outside agency guidelines when removing the building from the property. 4. That the construction of a new detached accessory building shall not exceed 3,840 square feet in size. That the accessory building shall be required to obtain a building permit from the City of Ramsey and be properly constructed and maintained in accordance with all applicable Uniform Building Codes. ! I I I I I I I 6. That the construction of the new accessory building shall meet all applicable setbacks. 7. The Permittee herein agrees that the accessory structure shall be used for agricultural purposes as defined by Minnesota State Statute Section 273.13. 8. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms herein are complied with. 9. That the Permit-tee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing this Permit. 10. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. 11. This Permit shall automatically expire if it is not initiated by September 25, 2002, and application for building permit shall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to initiate the permit. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original permit.
