Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-09- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Don and Nancy Young have properly applied for a conditional use permit <br />to maintain a second dwelling on the property generally known as 6421 154th Lane and legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />The East 200.0 feet of the West 2,266 feet of that part of the South half of the Northeast <br />Quarter of Section 22, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying north of <br />the South 986.35 feet of said South half of Northeast Quarter (subject to easements of <br />record). <br /> <br />("Subject Property"). <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on September 4, 2001, conducted the public <br />'hearing and recommended City Council deny the request. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />tL4MSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact # , a conditional use permit ("Permit") to maintain a second <br /> dwelling on the Subject Property is hereby denied to Don and Nancy Young ("Permit-tees"). <br /> <br />The Permittees shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in processing this Permit.
