I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> ! <br /> I <br />,I <br />'1 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The Conditional Use Permit upon written notice being provided by the City to the Permitees <br />but without further action by the Planning Commission or City Council, shall expire if the <br />permit holder fails to initiate such conditional use permit and fulfill each and every condition <br />attached thereto within one (1) year from the date of its authorization, or if the use is <br />discontinued for a continuous twelve (12) month period, unless a petition for an extension of <br />time in which to complete or utilize the use that has been granted by the Council. Such <br />extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least thirty (30) days before <br />the expiration of the original conditional use permit. The request for extension shall state <br />facts showing a good faith attempt to complete or utilize the use permitted in the conditional <br />use permit, Such petition shall be presented to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a <br />recommendation to the Council and acted upon by the Council. <br /> <br />The Permittees shall be responsible for ali City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this Permit. Said expenses shall be paid within 15 days of billing by the City and failure to <br />pay the City's expenses within the 15 day billing period will permit the City to draw upon <br />any of the escrows required by this agreement for payment. <br /> <br />8. The City Administrator and/or his/her designee shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />9.
