CASE # q <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 OF THE CITY CODE RELATING TO <br />FEES FOR IMPOUNDING DOGS <br /> By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On September 11, 2001, the City Council introduced an ordinance amending Chapter 5 of the <br />City Code, deleting any reference to fees with regard to Dog Impound.
