City of Ramsey- Ramsey Townhomes <br /> <br />' LHIA Award: v $t35,000 <br /> <br />This application is to assist a 33-unit proposal being sponsored and developed by Anoka County <br />Community Action Programs (ACCAP). The city has acquired property four miles north of Highway 10 <br />on Highway 47, which it will clear by selling and moving t4 homesteads in preparation for a road <br />improvement and sell to the ACCAP for this development. The proposal calls for construction of 14 twin <br />homes, a triplex and a 5-bedroom group home. Two of the three-bedroom market rate units may be used <br />for transitional housing with support services funded from a five-year grant already awarded by HUD to <br />the City of Ramsey.
