Principal Planner Trudgeon stated that the City received an application from Lord of Life Church <br />to change the land use designation from Commercial and Medium Density Residential to High <br />Density Residential. The comprehensive amendment, coupled with their rezoning request, would <br />allow the applicant to construct two 47-unit senior apartment buildings. As the March 200 ! <br />Draft of the Comprehensive Plan has not been adopted at this time, it is necessary t~hat a <br />comprehensive plan amendment of the 1995 version be approved by the City and <br />Metropolitan Council.
