If they could build the room inside they could build a shelf area for <br />other carriers equipment. <br /> <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Kapler suggest that the coUncil say no to the equipment <br />being placed on the outside of the tower and direct Public Works to consider the idea of locating <br />the equipment on the ground floor. <br /> <br />Mr. Littlejohn,requested that the Council table their request until that consideration has been <br />made. - ' <br /> <br />Motiopz by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Zimrnerman, to table <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmeinbers Henddksen, Zimmerman, <br />Anderson, and Kurak, Voting No: None. <br /> <br /> Case #7: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Exceed Accessory Structure Space <br /> · Restrictions; Case of Charles Lind <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated that the City of Ramsey has been working with <br />Charles Lind' for the past couple of years in regard to off-street parking violations on his property <br />located at 14331 .armstrong Boulevard. Mr. Lind currently stores three semi-tractors, several <br />vehicles, two boats, and a bobcat outdoors on the property. The existing attached garage contains <br />several collector cars that are in various states of restoration and does not provide enough space <br />to store any more vehicles or equipment indoors.
