I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-10- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF SMITH ADDITION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, David and Karen Smith, hereafter referred to as "Developers", have <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br /> <br />The north half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter, Section 21, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, subject to any and all easements of record. <br /> <br />Or upon recording: <br /> <br />Lot 1 and I A, Lot 2 and 2A, and Outlot A, Smith Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, on July 11, 2000, the City received application and sketch plan from, <br />David and Karen Smith for Smith Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on August 1, 2000, and approved <br />the sketch plan of Smith Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final plat stage; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on September 25, <br />200 l and a revision on October 4, 2001; <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Commission is meeting On October 11, 2001 to <br />review the Plat for park dedication 'requirements and Staff's recommendation is a cash-payment <br />fbr the new lot created. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />l) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Smith Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon: a) Developer entering into a <br />development agreement with the City; and b) Developer complying with the <br />recommendations of the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />-191- <br /> <br /> <br />
