I <br /> <br />I Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF KlM MOORE-SYKES, <br /> ASSISTANT CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Kim Moore-Sykes was hired as a full-time Assistant City <br />Administrator and began work on March 6, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ms. Moore-Sykes submitted a letter of resignation on October 1, <br />2001, citing her last day of employment as October 12, 2001. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to accept Klm Moore-Syke's resignation from the position <br />of Assistant City Administrator <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That Ms. Moore-Syke's final day of employment with the City will be October <br />12, 2001. <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereofi <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 9th day of October 2001. <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />-233- <br /> <br /> <br />
