Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption:
<br /> RESOLUTION #01-10-XXX

<br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE SPECIAL AND
<br />SCHOOL DISTRICT (#11 AND #728) ELECTION ON NOVEMBER 6, 2001
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey and School District #11 and School District #728 will
<br />be conducting a special election on November 6, 2001; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 204B.21, election judges for
<br />precincts in a municipality must be appointed by the governing body of that municipality; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS, the hourly rate of pay will be $8.00 for regular election judges and $8.50
<br />for chairs; and
<br />
<br /> WHEREAS,
<br />the election.
<br />
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows:
<br />
<br />1) That the following individuals be appointed to serve as election judges for the Special
<br /> Election to be held o November 6, 2001:
<br />
<br /> Nancy Giddings, John Karst, Barb Hillyer, Chris Sather, Gerri Wicht, Joyce Cich, Marge
<br /> Mohs, Joanne Kusler, Nancy Nelson, Julie Lee, Barb Stanke, Dorothy Hanson, Marilyn
<br /> Anderson, Sonja Rehbein, Adalbert Rehbein, Ed Hamilton, Jake Baerg, Erika Sitz, Lora
<br /> Hamilton, Karen Henke, Millie Baerg, LaVonne Suckow, Kate Woodfill, Marlene Kroll,
<br /> Barbara Tokar, Jeannie Murdock, Chad Smith, Nancy Olson, Klm Flesner, Douglas
<br /> Fountain, Evangeline Swenson, Lynn Larson, Lonny Suckow, Beverly Manns.

<br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember
<br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:

<br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council
