The proposed detached accessory building will be located in the rear yard approximately 60' north <br />of the principal dwelling. The proposed accessory building location exceeds the six (6) foot side <br />yard and five (5) foot rear yard setbacks established in the residential urban area. The Applicant is <br />proposing to install a driveway to the detached building. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission met on October 4, 2001 to review the conditional use permit request <br />and held a public hearing.
