ADOPT ORDINANCE TO VACATE EASEMENTS IN ORCHARD HILLS; <br />CASE OF TEC DESIGN AND HOMESTEAD MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT <br />By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On October 9, 2001, the City Council introduced an ordinance to vacate certain underlying <br />drainage and utility easements from Rademacher Addition that were in existence at the time the <br />property was replatted as part of Orchard Hills. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />In accordance with State Statute, City Staff attempted to notify property owners within 350 feet <br />of the subject property of the public hearing to vacate easements. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adoption.
