I I I I I I I I I '1 I ORDINANCE #01- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated drainage and utility easement is hereby vacated, to-wit: That part of the drainage and utility easement as dedicated over, under and across Lot 1, Block 1, Rademacher Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying within the right of way of Cobalt Street NW as dedicated within the plat of Orchard Hill Townhomes, according to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka County, Minnesota and The drainage and utility easement as dedicated over, under and across the south l0 feet of said Lot 1, lying east of the west 10 feet of Lot 18; Block 1, said Orchard Hill Townhomes, and lying west of the following described line; Commencing at a northwesterly comer of Lot 17, said Block 1; thence South 10 degrees 51 minutes 30 seconds west a distance of 223.34 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence north 04 degrees 42 minutes 45 seconds east a distance of 229.64 feet and line there terminating. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This Ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07. -217-
