I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />CASE # <br /> <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE TO VACATE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />IN NORTHFORK OAKS 4TH ADDITION; CASE OF NORTH FORK, INC. <br /> By: Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On October 9,200 l, the City Council introduced an ordinance to vacate a drainage and utility <br />easement on the common property line of Lots 4 and 5 of Block 1, Northfork Oaks 4th Addition. <br />The purpose of the easement vacation is to prepare the property for the construction of a home <br />that will be sited on the common property line of the two lots. <br /> <br />Notification: <br /> <br />In accordance with State Statue, property owners within 350 feet of the subject property were <br />notified of the October 9, 2001 public hearing. <br /> <br />Observations: <br /> <br />In accordance with the City Charter, the ordinance is now eligible for adoption.
