Based on Findings of Fact #0573, a variance to allow the applicant to exceed the 35-foot <br /> building height restrictions by 17 feet is hereby denied. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Board Member <br />Watson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Chairperson Nixt <br /> Board Member Kociscak <br /> Board Member Watson <br /> Board Member Reeve <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> Board Member Johnson <br /> Board Member Sweet <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey Board of Adjustment this <br />the 10th day of September, 2001. <br /> <br />Resolution #01-09-324 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />-237- <br /> <br /> <br />
