I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment met on September 10, 2001, conducted the public <br />hearing and adopted findings of fact relating to the request for a variance from height restrictions. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br />OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows <br /> <br />Based on Findings of Fact # , a variance to allow the applicant to exceed the 35-foot <br />building height restrictions by 17 feet is hereby approved. <br /> <br />This variance shall automatically expire if it is not initiated by October 23, 2002, and <br />application for building permit ihall constitute initiation. The Permittee may petition for <br />an extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested <br />in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original <br />variance. <br /> <br />The Permittee agrees that this variance shall be recorded in the office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder. <br /> <br />The Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this variance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 23rd <br />day of October, 2001. <br /> <br />Resolution #0 !- 10- <br /> Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />-243- <br /> <br /> <br />
