Five <br /> projects covering 4.5 miles of street consisted of placing a one and one half-inch bituminous <br /> overlay over the existing pavement. All projects have been completed and the final costs <br /> tabulated.:The City's policy is to assess 50 percent of the total cost of the work ro the benefited <br /> property owners. The cost of the storm sewer work associated with Project 01-16 is being <br /> completely funded through the City's storm water utility.
