RESOLUTION # 11-01-XXX <br />2011 HEALTH INSURANCE CONTRIBUTIONS AND WAGES WITH AFSCME AS IT <br />RELATES TO THE 2010 / 2011 LABOR AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City and AFSCME have been negotiating the terms of the second year <br />of the 2010/2011 labor agreement as it relates to the city's health insurance contributions and <br />wages for 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the City and AFSCME have reached tentative agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed health insurance contributions and a zero percent wage <br />increase have been included in the 2011 General Fund Budget. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, <br />Confirms the recommendation of the Personnel Committee to approve resolution 11-01-XXX <br />2011 health insurance contributions and wages for the City's 2010 / 2011 labor agreement with <br />AFSCME, <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member, , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 25h day of January 2011 <br />
