Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION #11-01- <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF CROSS OF HOPE <br />ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, Cross of Hope Lutheran Church, hereafter referred to as "Developer", has <br />properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of <br />Ramsey: <br />The west 10 acres of the east 20 acres of Lot 1 Auditors Subdivision No. 27, except <br />that part platted as Garden of Hope, also except road, subject to easement of record, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota <br />- and- <br />The east 10 acres of Lot 1 Auditors Subdivision No. 27, subject to easement of <br />record, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />- or upon recording - <br />Lot 1 Block 1 and Outlot A; Cross of Hope Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />AND WHEREAS, on October 4, 2010 the City received application and sketch plan <br />from Cross of Hope Lutheran Church for Cross of Hope Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning Commission met on November 4, 2010, and provided <br />comments on the sketch plan of Cross of Hope Addition and directed the Developer to proceed <br />to the final plat stage; and <br />WHEREAS, the City received the proposed final plat for approval on January 11, 2011. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Cross of Hope Addition in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon developer entering into a <br />development agreement with the City. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />
