(the "Subject Property") <br />WHEREAS, on January 27, 2009, the Ramsey City Council approved the Plat; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 117-589 (e), of the Ramsey City Code further states that within two years <br />of the date of City Council approval of the final plat, the final plat shall be recorded at Anoka County; <br />thereafter the City Council may extend the recording period upon written application by the subdivider; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, on January , 2011 the City received a written communication from Jeanie <br />Michels requesting an extension for submittal of a final plat for the Plat; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby approves extension until July 27, 2011 for the Developer <br />to submit a final plat for MICHELS PROPERTY to the City of Ramsey. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />25thday of January, 2011. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #11-01- <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />
