PUI~OSE <br /> <br /> It is the purpose of this Ordinance to authorize the City to sell certain real property which <br />property the City Council has determined is no longer necessary for the City's purposes. This chapter <br />is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of Section 12.05 of the City Charter. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. SALE AUTHORIZATION <br /> <br /> The City Council hereby declares the following legally described real property owned by the <br />City, as surplus property and hereby authorizes its sale. Said property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br /> See attached EXHIBIT A <br /> (Pertains to sale to Lawerence T. Cody) <br /> <br />SECTION 3. TERMS OF SALE <br /> <br /> The City Council has by a properly enacted resolution determined the consideration and terms <br />upon which the above described property may be sold. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
