Enclosed for consideration is the current policy requiring all plats to delineate and encumber <br /> wetlands and the proposed alternative policy that would contain the same requirement except on <br /> lots 10 acres or more in size outside the MUSA. <br /> <br /> Recommendation: <br /> <br /> City Staff recommends adopting a policy of requiring all plats to delineate the presence of <br /> wetlands and encumber the wetlands with drainage easements, except on proposed lots that are <br /> 10 or more acres in size and located in plats that are outside the MUSA.
