The <br />grant will be used to provide a loan to Star Exhibits and Environmental, [nc. in order to <br />promote the development of a new manufacturing facility and the creation of new <br />employment opportunities. Citizen inquiries and participation regarding the submission <br />of' the grant is encouraged.
