The purpose of the easement vacation <br />is to prepare the prop~?~fOr th~?constmction of a home that will be sited on the common <br />property line of the ~ lots. <br /> <br />Motion by Councih <br />Ordinance #01- to vacate <br />Northfork Oaks 4ih Addition. <br /> <br /> by Councitmember Zimmerman, to adopt <br />,and utility easements on Lots 4 and 5, Block 1, <br /> <br />Further discussion: Council <br />lot. The proposed building will be located east of the current Church building and <br />along T.H. #47. City Code restricts the height of structures to 35 feet.
