The rezoning would allow the applicant to construct two 47-unity sen/or apartment buildings. Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt Findings of Fact # relating to a/r,~4fi~st to rezone land owned by Lord of Life Church from B-1 Business and R-3U Resideri{ial toM;R, Multiple Residentiall Motion carded.
