CC CASE: <br /> <br />CONSIDER USE PERMIT FOR MINING AND GRADING <br />CASE OF LANCE VAN NORMAN AND GARY JACOBS <br />By: Steve Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />This case was reviewed by the Planning Commission at its November meeting. Included <br />are the attachments, which were presented with that case. Also attached are the Planning <br />Commission minutes from that meeting. Subsequent to the Planning Commission, I met <br />on-site with the applicants on November 14, 2001 to discuss grading alternatives. A <br />subsequent meeting with a soil specialist has been scheduled for the morning of <br />November 21, 2001.
