It would also service to <br />impede the fire and policemen on missions of mercy. Further it would serve to divide this <br />community. It would inconvenience all the residences to the west of the gate, including <br />the seventeen homeowner in River Pines 4t", as they try to access 47'" Street. And finally, <br />removal of the gate fi.om the plan would enhance the sense of ~'neighborhood' that has <br />evolved with the development of River Pines. <br /> <br />Would the City Council reconsider this provision for a gate in our community? <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />Ray;~L.
