CODY (WENDELLS) <br /> <br />By: William IC Goodrich, City Attorney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />On November 13, 2001, the Council introduced a Sale Ordinance to convey proposed Outlot A of <br />the new Sunfish Business Park plat to Lawrence T. Cody in exchange for various other <br />commitments all as defined in the Real Estate Exchange Agreement also approved on November <br />13. The ordinance is now eligible for adoption and that is the purpose of this case. <br /> <br />Enclosure: <br /> <br />Proposed Sale Ordinance. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff recommends that the council adopt Ordinance No. 01-__ authorizing the conveyance of the <br />proposed Outlot A, SUNFISH BUSINESS PARK plat to Lawrence T. Cody. The actual ordinance <br />adopted will have a metes and bounds description because the plat has not yet been filed. <br /> <br />Council Action: L <br />Motion to adopt ordin authorizing the conveyance o£ the property legally described <br />on attached Exhibit A, which property when platted will become Outlot A, SUNFISH BUSINESS <br />PARK. <br /> <br />Review Checklist: <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br />
