City of Ramsey 2002 Proposed General Fund Budget EXPENDITURES Categories of Expenditures The following list is a summary of programs common to the City of Ramsey and most other cities. Each category includes special services or activities. The types of expenses that are included in each category can vary from city to city. Expenditures generally found within each of these categories include those for salaries and costs for benefits; basic operating expenses and capital outlay.
