The department is also responsible for the special assessment of public <br /> improvement projects. <br /> <br />Street Maintenance - This function is responsible for the costs associated with the planning, m'ganizing, and <br /> coordination of the maintenance of the city street system. These costs include street sweeping, storm water <br /> drainage and general repairs and maintenance <br /> <br />Snow and Ice Remc~v~l '-.
