Comments <br />received by the Planning Commission at this hearing ~f~!:~d i~ ~"~quest to the North Fork <br />Homeowners Association to provide recommendations on'~i~i~':i~i The City received a letter <br />dated October 11, 2001. She <br />stated-she i~h~;~aP~"with c~a~e~ in the landscape. She said she has come to realize it is not <br />woah. iektending this':~iS}fie out ai/~:~rther to ask that the berm be removed. She stated her <br />concern is that the berm"i~y not be~aintained and looldng n/ce. She would like to focus on an <br />a~e~ent with Mr. jank;~ski to assure the berm is maintained as requested. If the City <br />determines: the slope shouid':;be decreased, that would be a bonus to the residents.
