She stated her concern is that the berm"i~y not be~aintained and looldng n/ce. She would like to focus on an a~e~ent with Mr. jank;~ski to assure the berm is maintained as requested. If the City determines: the slope shouid':;be decreased, that would be a bonus to the residents. The North Fork Homeowner~;~AssociafiOk~ave their approval in hopes that the City did not weigh in on that. She said th~"f~hdentS: did;~'express their disapproval, but were in the minority.
