The 1995 Comprehensive Plan indicates <br />that the'subject property-:fsdesignated for commercial uses. Orrin Thompson Homes is asking <br />that the land:~e designation be changed to allow for medium density residential development <br />that would not~e:~ceed 7 dwelling units per acre.
