Kamis property in Ramsey, Minnesota. Currently this property <br />is zoned for business/commercial use per the 1995 Land Use Plan. Orr/n Thompson <br />Homes would like to rezone and amend the comprehensive plan to allow for a medium <br />density residential community in accordance with the 2001 draft comprehensive plan. <br /> <br />Currently the land is owned by Marlene Kamis and has been her pr/mary residence. <br />Orr/n Thompson Homes would like to build a Community of 84 "Lodge" single family <br />attached homes on this 14.081 acre parcel. The "Lodge" product is a 12 unit, 10 unit or 8 <br />unit building that consists ora mix of 2 and 3 story homes of between 1,375 square feet <br />and 1,550 square feet.
