PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE #01- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following legally described property is hereby rezoned from B-l, Business to R-3 Urban Residential: That part of the east half of the northwest Quarter, Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast comer of said northwest Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of south 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds west, along the south line of said northwest Quarter, a distance of 233.92 feet to the centerline of St. Francis Boulevard NW (State Trunk Highway No. 47); thence northwesterly a distance of 221.52 feet, along said centertine on a nontangential curve concave to the west, radius 1145.92 feet, central angle 11 degrees 04 minutes 34 seconds, chord bearing north 06 degrees 17 minutes 35 seconds west; thence north 11 degrees 49 minutes 52 seconds west, tangent to said curve and continuing along said centerline, a distance of 861.48 feet to the point of beginning of the land to be described; thence south 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds west, parallel with the south line of said northwest Quarter, a distance of 888.64 feet to the intersection with the west line of said east half of the northwest Quarter; thence north 00 degrees 07 minutes 22 sec.onds west; atong said west line, a distance of 757.00 feet; thence north 89 degrees 21 minutes 46 seconds east, parallel with the south line of said northwest Quarter a distance of 731.98 feet to-the intersection with a Iine bearing north 11 degrees 49 minutes 52 seconds west from the point of beginning, said line being the centerline of said St. Francis Boulevard NW (State Trunk Highway No. 47); thence south 11 degreess 49 minutes 52 seconds east, along said centerline, a distance of 771.93 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to an easement for driveway over a portionof the south 5.00 feet of the east 100.00 feet of the above described land, as measured at a right angle to and along the south line thereof. (the "Subject Property") SECTION 2. MAP The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04. -142-
