CASE <br /> <br />(PUBLIC HEARING) APPLICATION FOR OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR <br />LICENSE FOR T&T LIQUORS; CASE OF THOR HEINEN AND TRACY TIERNEY <br />By: Jo Thieling, City Clerk <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />Thor Heinen and Tracy Tierney, d/b/a T&T Liquors, have properly applied for an off-sale <br />intoxicating liquor license at 6415 Highway #10 NW, Suite 108, Ramsey. Enclosed is a copy of <br />the application materials and public hearing notice. Police Chief Gustafson has completed the <br />background investigation and his report is attached to the application. <br /> <br />Staff has not yet received the certificate of insurance; however, staff has been assured that the <br />insurance will be purchased as soon as the applicant has received approval from Council. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to approve/not approve an off-sale liquor license application for Thor Heinen and Tracy <br />Tierney, d/b/a T&T Liquors, contingent upon receiving insurance and tax information. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Clerk <br />Police Chief <br /> <br />Copies also distributed to: <br /> <br />Community Development Director <br /> <br />CC: 12/11/01 <br /> <br />-41 - <br /> <br /> <br />
