The plan amendment is a land use change <br />for 20.1 acres of land to permit a senior apartment complex. The property's d. esi~maated <br />land use changes from Medium Density Residential and Commercial to High Density <br />Residential and is rezoned from R-3U (Low Density Multi-Family Urban Residential) to <br />MR (Multi-Family Residential). We fred that the comprehensive plan amendment is in <br />conformance with metropolitan system plans, consistent with the Metropolitan <br />Development Guide and compatible with plans of other units of govenunent.
