Motion by Commissioner Sweet, seconded by Commissioner Reeve to recommend that. City <br />Council adopt findings of fact #__ favorable to the applicant relating to Crosstown Sign and <br />Valvoline Express Care's request for a conditional use permit to exceed wall sign restrictions. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. She explained that Mr. Wilson's <br />prope~?s:..approximatelZ}~i~ acres in size and is zoned B-3 Highway Business. Motor vehicle, <br />impleme~tii~~'~- ~:;'*'recreat~¢equipment sales and rental are permitted uses in that district. Outdoor <br />display ar~'~?£0[, i~}%r sale or rent is an allowable accessory use in the B-3 Highway <br />Business Dist~2~71'i!~g as it is paved and curbed. Outdoor Storage of items not for sale or rent <br />is not identified ~;~.'¢~ allowable accessory use in the B-3 Highway Business District. Mr. Wilson <br />currently operates a motor vehicle, implement and recreational equipment sales facility on the <br />property and he has a paved display area for items he sells or rents.
