-138- <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #01-12- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR <br />SHORT TERM OUTDOOR STORAGE IN THE B~3 HIGHWAY BUSINESS DISTRICT, <br />BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT #. . ., AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Chelsea's Autos Plus, hereinafter referred to as "Permittee", has properly <br />applied to the City of Ramsey (the "City") for an intefim use permit (Permit) for short term <br />outdoor storage as an accessory use on property located at 7665 Hwy. 10 and legally described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 28, Township <br />32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter o'f the <br />Southwest Quarter with the northerly right-of-way line of US highway No. 10; <br />thence southeasterly along said northerly right-of-way line a distance of 625.00 feet <br />to the point of beginning of the land to be. described; thence continuing <br />southeasterly along said northerly right-of-way line a distance of 464.63 feet, more <br />or less, to a point thereon distant 386.98 feet northwesterly of the intersection of <br />said northerly right-of-way line with the east line of said Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter; thence northeasterly at right angles to said northerly fight of <br />way line a distance of 216.17 feet, more or less, to the southerly line of the <br />Burlington Northern Railroad; thence northwesterly along said southerly line of said <br />railroad a distance of 476.91 feet, more or less, to a point thereon distant 691.80 feet <br />southeasterly from its intersection with said west line of said Northeast Quarter of <br />the Southwest Quarter; thence southwesterly a distance of 195.39 feet, more or less, <br />to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on December 4, 2001, conducted a public <br />hearing and recommended that the City Council approve the request for short-term outdoor <br />storage; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on December 18, 2001 to review the request for an <br />interim use permit to allow for short term outdoor storage as an accessory use on the Subject <br />Property. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04A of the Ramsey City Code.
