Before any further development,
please address the following issues:

· The plat does not adequately identify Trunk Highway 47 right of way. The final plat should
identify the right of way by reference to the appropriate plat(s) and m place monuments and
identify that part which is used for public highway. Please direct 'questions concerning these
issues to Claudius Toussaint (651-582-1261) in Mn/DOT's Right of Way section. Please send
one copy of the final plat for Mn/DOT review to the following address:
James Fenske
Mn/DOT - Metro West Surveys
2055 N. Lilac Drive
Golden Valley, MN 55422
Phone: (763) 797-3109

The proposed development will need to maintain existing drainage rates (i.e., the rate at which
storm water is discharged from the site must not increase). The City or project developer will
need to submit before/after hydraulic computations for both 10 and 100 year rainfall events
verifying that all existing drainage patterns and systems affecting Mn/DOT right of way will be
perpetuated. Please direct questions concerning these issues to Pamela Selden (651-634-2410)
of Mn/DOT's Water Resources section.

Any use of or work within Mn/DOT right of way requires a permit. A Mn/DOT permit will be
required for the closure of the access on TH 47. A drainage permit may be required. Please
direct questions regarding permit applications to Keith Van Wagner (651-582-1443) of
Mn/DOT's Permits section.

An equal opportunity employer

-153-
