The drawing of November 23, 2o01 does extend Cobalt St. to our north <br />property line but it has not been moved any to the west. <br /> <br />We feel that the center line of Cobalt St. should be approximately 430 feet west of <br />'the highway 47 right of way line. This location would eliminate the need for steep <br />grade on Cobalt and retaining walls.
