The applicant h~:i~k~d for a rezoning of th~:~Pe~rty, to R-.~ Urban Residential, which would allow the propert~:}~}t0 be developed to a density:'n°~ to exceed 7 units an acre. If approved the rezoning w/ti" ~qu/re modifYing the land use in the current comprehensive plan from commercial to medium d'em/ty.~,~S~d:bntial. The March 2001 Draft Comprehensive plan shows this area being desigTmt~ f0~meaium density residential and medium density has been defined as a maxiw~m of 7 units an~/i~e~,. The site plan is proposing a public street through the development that;~i;eOrmect to a priv~¢~eet located on the Lord of Life property.
