I <br /> <br />Community Development Assistant Wald indicated the Street Supervisor would like the median <br />removed due to snow plowing. She said he strongly recommends not having it. <br />Mr. Lepper said their en~neer has devised a new plan that has worked in other cities. They will <br />have further discussions on this. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt inquired if there is a marquis. <br />Mr. Lepper replied there is one in the development.
