Councilmember Zimmerman stated that he did not see that televising interviews was a big issue because commission members will have to do their work on camera. Motion by Mayor Gamec, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to amend the Policy for Appointing Members of City Boards and Commissions to state that any commissioner appointed to fill a remaining term of more than two years will be considered filling a full term and any term under two years will be a partial term making the commissioner eligible for two additional full terms. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Kurak, and Zimmerman. Voting No: Councilmember Hendriksen, and Anderson. City Administrator Norman~::recommended that the policy be brought back for formal consideration after the chang~i';'~fb,made.
