-220- WHEREAS, on June 26, 2001, the City Council rezoned the Subject Property from R-1 Rural Residential to R-1 Urban Residential; and WHEREAS, on July i2, 2001, the Planning Commission conducted a public hearing, tabled any action on the request for preliminary plat approval, and directed the Developer to meet with City Staff to search for alternate street alignments that reduce the traffic impacts on adjacent neighborhoods; and WHEREAS, on August 7, 2001, City Staff presented four (4) street alignment options (A, B, C, and D) to the Ptarm/ng Commission for review and the Planning Commission recommended that Option B be presented to the City Council for approval; and WHEREAS, on August 28, 2001, Option B was presented to the City Council for approval and the City Council requested that City Staff schedule an additional public hearing in front of the City Council; and WHEREAS, on September 11, 2001, the City Council conducted a preliminary plat public heating for Centex Homes and granted preliminary plat approval; and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey CitY Council hereby grants final plat approval to Highlands at River Park contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated December 7, 2001 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with the City.
